WHAT YOU'LL DO
SPEED, AGILITY & FOOTWORK
We don’t just run—we move with purpose. This program sharpens reaction time, explosiveness, and body control through elite-level speed, agility, and footwork training. Every drill is designed to help you dominate your sport with quicker cuts, faster first steps, and game-changing movement.
STRENGTH TRAINING
Strength is your foundation. Our training develops functional power, muscle, and explosive force that translates directly to the field, court, or track. From bodyweight to advanced lifting protocols, we build athletes who move strong, stay durable, and outperform the competition.
Recovery & Prehab (Injury Prevention)
If you can’t move, you can’t perform. This is where we fix that. Our recovery and prehab work focuses on mobility, joint health, and injury prevention to keep your body primed for peak performance. Feel better, move smoother, and stay in the game longer with intentional recovery built into your training.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH SESSION
90-minute Training Session
Movement Prep & Warm-Ups: Prepare your body for peak performance with targeted movement, mobility, and activation drills.
Movement Skills: Train speed, agility, footwork, change of direction, and plyometrics to move with purpose and control.
Strength Training: Build total-body power, muscle balance, and athletic strength through structured training that supports performance and durability.
Cool Down Regen Routine: Lower intensity, restore mobility, and promote recovery post-training.
PRICING
Monthly Group Training- $300
This group program includes 12 sessions per month (3x/week) designed to build speed, strength, agility, footwork, explosiveness, mobility, and overall athletic performance. Every session delivers structured, high-intensity work in a competitive environment—capped at 10 athletes per class to ensure quality coaching and attention.

• 6:45 AM – 8:00 AM – High School Elite + College
• 8:30 AM – 9:45 AM – High School
• 11:45 AM – 1:00 PM – College / Pro
• 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Middle School & Below
Monthly 1 ON 1 Training-$600
Get fully personalized coaching tailored to your sport, position, and goals. Train 3x per week (12 sessions/month) with focused attention on speed, strength, mobility, footwork, and overall performance. Each 90-minute session is designed to help you progress faster and stay ahead.
You’ll also get direct text access for ongoing support, accountability, and quick check-ins between sessions—because progress doesn’t stop when training ends.
Training Days:
• Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
(All sessions must be scheduled during these time windows.)
Note: Group & 1 on 1 training are month to month.

Marcus Rios
I know what it takes to achieve what others call impossible.
I started chasing my dream at 7 years old — a kid who simply wanted to play professional sports. Through years of relentless training, setbacks, and doubters telling me to find a “real” job, I turned that dream into reality, becoming a professional NFL and CFL athlete.
At 18, while at UCLA, I faced my greatest battle — a rare infection that left me fighting for my life. Doctors said I wouldn’t survive the night, let alone play football again. But I refused to accept limits others placed on me. I rebuilt myself, retrained my body, and returned to the field stronger than ever.
Over 12 years as a high-level athlete, I’ve learned what it truly takes to unlock full athletic potential — physically and mentally.
Now, I help athletes of all sports and all levels reach their next level. Whether you’re chasing your first starting spot, a college scholarship, or a professional career, my training is built to elevate your speed, strength, explosiveness, and mindset to elite standards.
I’ve been featured on ESPN, SportsCenter Top 10 Plays, Sports Illustrated, PAC-12 Network’s The Drive, and awarded the UCLA Athletics Courage and Character Award.
I’ve competed with the NFL’s Denver Broncos, the CFL’s Winnipeg Blue Bombers, and UCLA Bruins — but my greatest accomplishment is helping the next generation break barriers and maximize their gifts.
Through my in-person training programs, I guide athletes to transform not just their performance — but their belief in what’s possible.
