In person 1-On-1 adult athletic training with Marcus Rios is built for adults who want more than just a workout- they want to move, feel, and perform like athletes again. Through real-time coaching, you’ll train for strength, speed, agility, power, and endurance - using a full body, athletic development approach. Every session is designed to unlock you athletic potential, rebuild elite movement, and help you feel stronger, faster, and more capable at any age. WHAT YOU'LL DO

CARDIO & CONDITIONING

Boost your endurance, energy, and athletic ability through targeted speed, agility, and cardio-focused training. You’ll move faster, react quicker, and build real stamina through athletic intervals that challenge your body the right way — helping you perform and feel better every day.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

The benefits of strength building, improved mobility, flexibility, plus increased energy level all come together to support your lifestyle needs. Best of all, its delivered through an unmatched high energy training experience keeping you motivated and inspired to reach your goals.

ACTIVE RECOVERY & MOBILITY

Master the correct techniques to prepare your body before and after training sessions.Learn how to recover after your training along with adressing mobility exercises and movements to have your body feeling great and prepared.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH SESSION

90 Minute Training With Marcus Rios
Movement Prep & Warm-Ups: Prepare you body for peak performance with targeted movement and activation drills.
Movement Skills: Train speed, agility, footwork, change of direction and Plyometric to move with purpose and control.
Strength Training: Build total body power, muscle balance, and athletic strength through structured training that supports performance and durability.
Cool Down Regen Routine: Lower intensity, restore mobility, and promote recovery post-training. 
Training Pricing

TRAINING OPTIONS

1 on 1 Monthly Training Package- $600

This 1-on-1 monthly training program includes 12 personalized sessions (3x/week, 90 minutes each) held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Time slots are available from 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM on Saturdays.

 

The program is built to help you move, feel, and perform like an athlete—focusing on functional strength, mobility, speed, agility, and overall athleticism.

 

Consistency is key. Training 3x per week is mandatory to ensure real progress and lasting results. Once you choose your time slot, that will be your set time for the entire month—so choose wisely.

 

Whether you’re a former athlete or just ready to train with purpose, this program will challenge you and take your fitness to the next level.

 

Note: Monthly training package payments are month to month.
